Sorry Loyal Fans.

I wanted to take a moment today to apologise to you all, I have not been able to update Cogtography for a while now due to preparing myself for my final year of study at university. However I have been collecting many resources to give Cogtography a new look with and flood my blog full of new info, the kinda treatment it deserves! Plus what other incentive would you need, knowing that any input you have towards Cogtography helps me out getting in with the pro’s!

Keep your eyes out for what’s to come, a sneak peek shows:

  • Theoretical and Contextual debates on my Dissertation which is currently (subject to be re-worded) titled, “With the rise in technology and easily accessible information, have we become desensitized towards the influence of Documentary Photography”. Any features on this are open for discussion
  • Fascinating new and upcoming photographers
  • Competitions and give aways
  • So much more

So stay tuned everyone and spread the word that Cogtography is coming back and stronger than ever!

“Documentary is a little like horror movies, putting a face on fear and transforming threat into fantasy, into imagery. One can handle imagery by leaving it behind.” – Martha Rosler (Theorist) from her dissertation titled, ‘In, around and afterthoughts‘

Thank you for your loyalty.

Kind regards,
