From this series I was immediatly inspired by the rural and decaying architectural structures that has been beautifully captured within Yves Marchand and Romain Meffre’s book titled, ‘The Ruins of Detriot‘. It reminds me of the book named, ‘Beauty in Decay’ by ‘RomanyWG’. I definatly feel that these photographs are worth a look for inspiration and maybe even for a purchase!

Expanding on this topic I went to the plymouth college of arts library and got myself the beauty in decay book out for a limited amount of time for a closer look and I was inspired by its urban atmosphere and how the sub jedct has been approached, composed and photographed and from this I am from now applying the technique towards my own project for 104
