Japans wall of sighs

Posted on March 28, 2012

From Japan’s Tsunami 750,000 images were salvalaged, the effects of the tsunami had created an eerie and washed up like effect on the photographs and all dipicts a ghostly like presence of people who were effected by this natural disaster.

Over 30,000 were damaged beyond recognition

I am currently doing a ‘complimentary studies module’ named “Found Photography” and have found this to be a fantastic source of what falls under the category of found photography and the added bonus of the personal and in depth stories within each and every one of these photographs only contributes to the added interesting outcome of the damage they have sustained from the tsunami.
