UNDERSTANDING THE ASSIGNMENT BRIEF

It took me a while to first get to grips with what the brief was asking us all to do, it took a lot of re-reading and picking of other peoples brains to finally understand what it was I have to do and what aims and objectives I will have to meet within the project.

In basic terms I interpretated the brief to require a portfolio created by us, which was based around the work we do in co-ordination with a client of our choice (Of which we would find within our designated areas, my area is Sutton Harbour/ Cattedown)  We also had to present documents such as health and safety, model release forms, property release forms and so on and so forth.

So with this in mind (and a four day delay) I had finally decided to begin my project with a simple location shoot.
